Greenmor is a multi-reseller platform aiming to revolutionize e-commerce. It is a network of online sales stores, customized to cater to a niche segment of customers.

We are on-boarding vendors from various segments such as Fashion, Home Furnishing, Sports, Baby Products, Accessories, Stationery, etc. We welcome anyone who deals in other specialized products or innovations as well.
Perishable goods or goods with an expiry date are currently not being accepted on the platform.

No. We though are not looking for excessive influx of vendors and might not opt for a vendor with similar offerings of that of our existing vendors.

You can start by filling out and submitting our One Minute Form, after which we’ll get in touch with you to know more about your products. Once you confirm your interest on being our vendor, we’ll send you a link to share your details for registration. We would require a soft copy of your GST Reg. Certificate and a Cancelled Cheque/Bank Account Statement for the registration.

It would take us a couple of days to a week’s time to verify the details and assess our requirement. On approval of your registration you’ll receive a confirmation email and will be able to login and upload your products on the platform.

No. You could be a manufacturer, wholesaler, or a retailer. Please ensure that you have the necessary certifications to sell the goods as required by the law. We will not entertain duplicates or fake products on our platform and strict action will be taken against the same.

As per the GST rules a business needs to be registered under the GST to be able to carry out inter-state supply. Therefore we will not be able to have anyone on board without a GST registration. Vendors within Rajasthan without GST registration can get in touch with us for an alternative.

Product & Pricing

We don’t have an upper limit but we do recommend that you upload anywhere between 40 to 70 products (color, size, etc variations not included). Our minimum requirement is that of 25 products per category which are well stocked.

Absolutely, though the same will still be subject to approval.

While uploading your products you will also need to upload the available stock of the product. Please ensure that the said quantity of stock is available with you at any given time. In case the product goes out of stock via other channels of sale, please update the same on the platform to avoid penalty.

Yes. One of the main criteria for our vendor approval is good quality of the goods. The quality accepted by us during scrutiny of the product samples should be maintained for all supplies. We need you to mention in good detail the quality and condition of the products that you upload and any discrepancy in the same may lead to return of the good, penalty or de-boarding as vendor as deemed fit by us.

Original, clear and unencumbered pictures. Please follow these basic guidelines:

  1. Size: Ensure that all product pictures are uploaded in 2:3 ratio (Ex: 1200 x 1800 pixels)
  2. Background: Use white or uncluttered backdrops for product pictures. Please do not copy paste a cropped image on white background.
  3. File Size: Size the images to fit under a 100KB without loosing it quality.
  4. No. of Pictures: We require at least 2 pictures per product and one of them being a close-up.
  5. Branding: You can add your trademarked logo as a manufacturer, on the bottom-right side of the picture if it does not cover the product.

We recommend that you get a few product pictures approved before uploading them on the platform to avoid any reworking.

Competitively. We are not charging you any fees or deducting any commissions, thus we need you to not pad up the costs and price them aggressively. We may re-negotiate the prices if need be.

Supply & Returns

You will be notified via the vendor panel as well as your registered email about every new orders to be despatched. It is assumed that the products listed in stock are always ready for despatch, and thus we would arrange for its pickup on the same or the following day. Please ensure the products are packed as soon as the order is received.

Please ensure that the products are packed in good, secure and durable packaging. The shipping details of the consignment will be made available on the panel. Do not send any document in the package.

Unless a category is eligible for returns, the following are the only cases where returns will be entertained:

  1. Product received is damaged or not as specified on the website.
  2. Wrong or incomplete product shipped.

In such cases, the delivery and return delivery charges are to be borne by the vendor and the customer will be refunded fully. If the vendor does not comply with the terms, then the vendor will be debarred from the platform.

Apparels and any other category as mentioned while on-boarding a vendor are eligible for returns. Our returns period will be limited to 3-5days from receipt of goods by the customer. If a product is under warranty then the same will be exercised as per the vendor’s policy by the customer.

Billing and Payments

Club all orders of the day and raise an invoice to Greenmor. Billing details will be shared on the platform and in email. Please ensure that the invoice for the day is sent immediately for us to process the payment.

No commission or fees are charged to the vendors.

On receipt of the invoice and confirmation of despatch of the products, we will immediately schedule the payment against the invoice raised. In case of returns, the amount will either be settled in future payments or we may require you to initiate the refund.
